From functional to modern – our manufacturing in transition

The future doesn’t just happen – you have to invest in it. That is exactly what we have done with our in-house production facilities, which we refurbished at the turn of the year 2025/2026.

By the end of 2025, the first order of business in our production hall was: clear out the machinery. The hall was completely emptied, materials and machinery were temporarily stored – partly in containers outside the premises – and the floor was completely resurfaced. This created the basis for something new.

Once the new flooring was complete, things got exciting: bringing the machines back in and consistently implementing the new production concept – including the delivery of a new machine. Our new and modern turning and milling centre offers a number of advantages, including automation, a bar feeder, main and counter spindles, a parts catcher and a conveyor belt.

What makes this project special is less the technology itself and more what lies behind it: genuine teamwork, a high level of commitment and a wealth of in-house expertise. Many employees were actively involved – from planning and implementation right through to the final touches.

The result is more than just a simple refurbishment: a modern, open production facility with clear, short pathways thanks to the layout following the production flow, and a future-proof concept with potential for expansion.

The following external partners were involved in the implementation of our refurbishment project. Our collaboration with them was consistently constructive and reliable.
