Production Transformation

The future doesn’t just happen – you invest in it. That’s exactly what we did with our in-house production facilities.

At the end of 2025, the message for our production hall was clear: machines out.
The hall was completely cleared, with materials and machines temporarily stored – some of them in containers outside the company – and the floor fully renewed. This laid the foundation for something new.

Once the new flooring was completed, things became exciting: machines back in and the new production concept implemented consistently – including the delivery of a new machine. Our new, modern turning‑milling center offers several advantages, including automation, a bar feeder system, main and sub‑spindle, parts catcher, and conveyor belt.

What truly makes this project special is not the technology itself, but what lies behind it: genuine teamwork, a high level of commitment, and extensive in‑house know-how. Many employees were actively involved – from planning and implementation through to the final fine‑tuning.

The result is more than just a refurbishment: a modern, open production environment with clear, short pathways thanks to a layout based on production flow, and a future-ready concept with expansion potential.

The following external partners were involved in the implementation of our refurbishment project. Our collaboration with them was consistently constructive and reliable.
