On Friday 24 July, our team at A&D Verpackungsmaschinenbau welcomed Class FTA25 from the Technical College for Automation and Mechatronics at the Tettnang School of Electronics.

As part of a guided tour of the company, the trainee technicians gained practical insights into various areas of the business. The aim of the visit was to supplement the knowledge gained in the classroom with practical experience – particularly in the areas of quality and production management, electronic system design, the programming of packaging systems, and the workings of mechanical manufacturing.

The class showed especially strong interest in the programming of our systems and their various interfaces. The use of artificial intelligence in image processing also provided fascinating insights and raised many interested questions. As we develop and refine our programming in-house, the specialists were on site and able to engage in direct dialogue.

Our thanks go to class FTA25 for their visit and the enjoyable exchange, and we wish them all the best for the rest of their educational journey.
