adpack team events in september
A dartboard instead of a desk, speed instead of the daily routine: in September, at adpack, we took advantage of two opportunities to spend time together, have fun and get to know colleagues from other departments better.
OFF TOGETHER
Our team events aren’t about who’s best at darts or knows the most scenic motorbike route. What matters far more is that we get together.
Staff from different departments took part in the darts tournament and the joint motorbike tour. It was a great opportunity to get to know colleagues outside the daily work routine and to strike up conversations with people you might otherwise only have contact with via email or in passing.
That’s often exactly where the best connections are formed. When you know each other personally, working together in day-to-day life becomes easier too. Short lines of communication, open discussions and a better understanding of one another make many things easier.
Our team events are open to all staff. We’re convinced that a strong sense of group identity isn’t just built by working on joint projects, but also through shared experiences.
And, quite simply, it’s great fun.
