At A&D, it is important to us to have direct and trusting communication with our customers. Therefore, we operate most of our packaging machines according to the principle of ‘one man, one machine’. When implementing a system, one of our specialists will be your main contact and will be at your side every step of the way. This employee will take care of assembly at A&D, travel to your location for installation and commissioning, and assist you with service requests.
